ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will help drive the delivery of a seamless travel experience. You will use your expertise to design and maintain scalable, reliable, and adaptable cloud environments. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and help Eurowings Digital improve its digital travel services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Expand and optimize cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. • Promote operational excellence across systems, processes, and teams. • Collaborate with developers to implement cloud-native solutions. • Improve the developer experience by strengthening infrastructure, deployment, and development processes. • Help build a performance-driven culture within your team and across the company. TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGIES Application Development: • Spring Boot. Stream Processing: • Apache Kafka. Databases: • Microsoft SQL Server. • PostgreSQL. • Redis. Source Control and CI/CD: • Azure DevOps. • GitHub Enterprise. Deployment and Configuration Management: • Ansible. • Terraform. • Argo CD. Observability and Monitoring: • Grafana. • Elastic Cloud. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS • At least 5 years of professional DevOps or cloud engineering experience. • Enterprise-level expertise with Microsoft Azure. • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL databases. • Production experience configuring and managing Keycloak. • Practical experience with Kubernetes. • Solid understanding of cloud networking. • Strong security mindset.
