AI Engineer (NSS)

JOB PURPOSE To support the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and automation solutions that improve business processes and support effective decision-making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in building Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models. • Support data collection, preparation, cleaning, and analysis. • Participate in predictive analytics and process automation projects. • Assist with model testing, evaluation, and deployment. • Prepare AI reports, technical documentation, and project records. • Support AI research, experimentation, and innovation initiatives. • Perform other duties assigned by the IT Supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY • Must be a final-year student at an accredited tertiary institution in Ghana. • Must be eligible for the National Service Programme. • Must be expected to commence National Service during the 2026/2027 service year. • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS • Knowledge of Python programming. • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts. • Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals. • Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning frameworks. • Basic understanding of data collection, preparation, analysis, and model evaluation. • Interest in predictive analytics, automation, and AI research.
