To support the design and development of intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital products by assisting with user research, interface design, prototyping, usability testing, and front-end implementation. The role provides practical experience in designing web and mobile applications that enhance customer experience and support the Company’s digital transformation initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the development of user personas, user journeys, and user-flow diagrams. • Assist in identifying user needs and translating them into functional design solutions. • Participate in improving the usability and accessibility of digital products. • Design wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity user interfaces. • Create responsive layouts for web and mobile applications. • Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides. • Ensure consistency in branding and user-interface standards across all digital products. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and QA teams during product development. • Assist developers with implementing approved UI designs. • Support front-end design enhancements where applicable. • Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and product demonstrations. • Develop interactive prototypes for product validation. • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback. • Recommend design improvements based on user insights and analytics. • Assist in validating design solutions before deployment. • Prepare design specifications and interface documentation. • Maintain design assets, prototypes, and project documentation. • Track design tasks and report project progress. • Stay informed about UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices. • Recommend innovative approaches to improve user engagement and digital experiences. • Support continuous improvement initiatives for existing applications. • Perform other duties assigned by the Product Manager or UI/UX Lead. QUALIFICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY • Must be eligible for the National Service Programme. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Communication Design, or a related discipline. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Illustrator. • Basic understanding of responsive web and mobile application design. ADDED ADVANTAGES • Knowledge of Python, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. • Familiarity with front-end frameworks.
