To improve the training experience our app provides and make the product more effective and engaging to users and patients, we are looking for a passionate person with a background in science and deep interest in digital health and games. Since the role touches many different fields, you don’t have to bring all know-how already with you - we are welcoming passionate learners who want to develop themselves in this role.

Your roles and responsibilities

• Improve the training experience and the exercises of our mobile and web app by making NeuroNation as effective and engaging as possible

• Continuously incorporate the latest findings from neuroscience by reading scientific papers and learning from concepts that have been proven to have impact on clinical outcomes

• Apply User Research and Usability Testing to learn how we can best help users and patients, and define useful features and visual concepts

• Collaborate with our scientific partners from various universities and clinics to run successful clinical trials with NeuroNation

• Analyse massive amounts of data continuously collected from millions of users to drive optimal decisions in product development

• Run A/B tests to experiment with new ideas

• Be your own user, assure the quality of the product, and become one of the experts for cognitive training

• Live with a Growth mindset - constantly look for learning opportunities for yourself and the team

• Work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Business Intelligence, Customer Care, and CRM

• Join the Growth and Product teams to collaboratively help millions of users and patients to stay fit

Your profileWho you are and what you have done

• You have a deep personal interest in BRAIN TRAINING and SELF-IMPROVEMENT

• You have at least 2 years of working experience in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or related fields

• You are a passionate learner

• You have personal experience as a user of digital health, education, or productivity apps

• You have personal experience as a user of digital games

• You speak English with excellent written and oral communication skills.

• You have strong problem-solving skills

• You have a deep interest in analysing engagement, retention, and other behavioural data

• You are well-organised and have good project management skills. You can multi-task and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• You are a team-player and love to help out your colleagues.

• Bonus: You have experience with Games or Gamification

• Bonus: You have experience or talent with UX or Visual Design

• Bonus: You have knowledge of SQL, R, or Python

• Bonus: You hold a PhD in Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, or Psychology
