UI/UX Designer

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience across all digital platforms. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼 🔹 Design and improve user interfaces for web and mobile applications. 🔹 Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. 🔹 Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts. 🔹 Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life. 🔹 Ensure consistency and adherence to brand and design system guidelines. 🔹 Use data and feedback to continuously refine and optimize user experiences. 🔹 Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 📌 Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent experience). 📌 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role. 📌 Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). 📌 Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design. 📌 Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail. 📌 Strong communication and collaboration abilities. 📌 A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking processes.
