Thanks to its prefabricated building system with various design options, industrial offsite construction, and fully digitalized processes, the company manufactures aspirational, sustainable, and affordable homes using timber construction methods. Product Teams at GROPYUS own what they build, including the underlying infrastructure, build pipelines, automated testing, release and rollout management, monitoring, and support. Staff Engineers effectively collaborate with other Staff Engineers and foster a culture of regular exchange and cooperation. Their ability to communicate effectively and take initiative ensures that they not only contribute to the technical success of projects, but also help drive overall growth and innovation within the company by sharing both best practices and failures, and learning from them.
