Need-based postgraduate scholarships for outstanding students from selected developing countries, including several in Africa, who have no other means of financing their studies. Provided as 50% grant and 50% loan, covering tuition and living expenses. Applications are made through the local Aga Khan Foundation office, usually between January and March.
