Let’s shoot for the stars: We are seeking a driven and analytically strong (Senior) Manager FP&A (m/f/d) to join our Finance team at Limehome. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Finance & FP&A, you'll strengthen our financial stewardship across budgeting, planning, analysis, reporting, and business partnering - building the analytical rigor and automation that enable confident decision-making as we scale. On an ad-hoc basis, you'll also support Corporate Finance initiatives around fundraising, debt financing, and M&A when business priorities require.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

Budgeting, Planning & Analysis

• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring bottom-up planning is executed with rigor and on schedule

• Prepare and analyze consolidated cash flow forecasts to deepen our understanding of liquidity needs and spending patterns

• Build and maintain property-level and business-line analysis, ensuring leadership has the financial insights needed for informed decisions

Financial Reporting & Automation

• You'll be accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of investor reporting deliverables, ensuring compliance with lender and investor requirements

• Identify and implement reporting automation opportunities, reducing manual effort and improving data validation across the finance function

• Support the development and maintenance of reusable reporting templates and frameworks

Business Partnering

• Cooperate with key stakeholders across the organization for regular business reviews, analyzing financial performance against plan and identifying key variance drivers

• Support financial analysis and strategic investigations, providing data-driven insights to inform investment decisions across the company

• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of financial dashboards and executive commentary on key performance indicators for the leadership team

Treasury & Risk Management

• Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of treasury software solutions, optimizing cash management tooling and automation across entities

• Prepare and maintain intra-group fund flows and cash arrangements

• Assist with the analysis and management of foreign exchange and interest rate exposures, contributing to risk mitigation strategies and hedging recommendations

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Treasury, controlling, or comparable analytical finance roles, ideally in high-growth or scaling environments

• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, combined with thorough attention to detail, structured process thinking, and pragmatic problem-solving approach

• Demonstrated understanding of financial statement analysis and key performance indicators relevant to business stewardship

• Hands-on proficiency with reporting, business intelligence, or enterprise performance management tools; ability to work effectively with large datasets and commitment to process automation

• Structured, accountability-focused working approach with demonstrated ability to operate independently and deliver consistently against commitments

• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities, with demonstrated effectiveness in cross-functional and external stakeholder engagement

• Excellent command of English (business fluent); proficiency in German is advantageous

We're designed to stay because:

• Hybrid Office Model: We offer a flexible and empowering work environment - you can choose to work 100% from our office or partially from home and the office.

• Visa & Language Support: We’ll support you during your visa process and with learning German on every language level after passing your probation period.

• Relocation Support: We'll financially support your move to Munich if you live further away than 300km from our office.

• Oneteam: We are #oneteam with a transparent company culture by staying up to date with each other through team stand-ups, regular All-Hands and suite events (Summer, Wiesn, Christmas).

• Growth and Development: We make sure that you keep growing - through constant feedback, peer reviews and exchanges with focus on your development.

• Limitless learning: We offer you the possibility to choose an external development format that will help you in reaching your full potential without any limits in budget.

• Workation: You have the chance to work twice per year for a duration of up to 4 weeks from a different country in the European Union. Our Limehomies love traveling so we want to give them the chance to work from inspiring new locations regularly.

• Sabbatical: After your 1.5 years with Limehome we offer the possibility for a 3-month sabbatical. You can use it for whatever you want: may it be traveling, spending time with your besties or volunteering.

• Everything for our Limehomies: We focus on your physical wellbeing (Urban Sports Club), to your mental wellbeing (Nilo.health), or even staycat
