As a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will cover a maternity leave on our Global Brand & Growth team. You'll step into a fast evolving function, owning our global influencer marketing strategy across channels — and have real autonomy to shape how we grow influencer as a discipline at Flix.

About the Role

Strategy Development & Execution

• Serve as the global point of contact for all influencer marketing activity — the go-to expert for internal teams and regional stakeholders

• Lead the development and execution of the global influencer marketing strategy across key channels, ensuring alignment with Brand objectives and Marketing goals

• Create scalable, innovative strategies to grow influencer partnerships, increase brand awareness, and drive conversion across multiple digital platforms

• Continuously evaluate and adapt strategies based on performance, market trends, and consumer insights

Influencer Relationship Management

• Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers across all tiers (nano, micro, macro, and celebrity), ensuring long-term collaboration and brand loyalty

• Manage and negotiate partnerships with key high-impact influencers and brand ambassadors — tapping into new audiences, exploring new channels, content formats, and avenues for communication

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in the influencer landscape and identify new opportunities that elevate the brand

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Lead planning and execution of diverse influencer campaigns: from always-on collaborations to key brand engagement initiatives, occasion-driven, or market-specific campaigns

• Collaborate with internal teams (Organic & Paid Social, Brand, Media, Communications, Partnerships) to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing initiatives and ensure cross-channel consistency

• Own the influencer marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and optimising spend across campaigns

• Oversee campaign execution — ensuring creative consistency, stakeholder alignment, timely delivery, and performance tracking with actionable insights

About You

• 5+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful global campaigns (agency and/or client-side)

• Strong expertise in influencer marketing, content creation, community management, and emerging social media trends

• Well-established network of influencers, creators, and industry stakeholders, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships

• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across multiple international markets, with strong cultural awareness of key regions including DE, US, UK, IT, Benelux, and FR

• Excellent communication, presentation, and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage

• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations

• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in fast-paced, lean, and dynamic environments.
